Great experience, employees are so patient and kind. Just got my dog last week & he’s got lots to learn but they were so amazing with him! He was bathed here today as well as fitted for a new harness, thank you again for your help!

I went here for dog supplies and food. First time with a puppy. The girl there was fantastic. She helped me when every question I had. Very knowledgeable and suggested plenty of options for treats and toys and what to get and not to get. She gave me a little booklet for puppies too. Will be back, as my puppy loves the food there!

I wanna thank the lovely ladies at Petvalu for not only helping my cat but helping my pockets by avoiding a vet charge!!! I My cat had a tick on him and they gladly removed it free of charge I tried to pay the ladies an they gladly denied. Not only was it just the 1 they found another one , so thank you very much from me an peaches!! Great establishment and loving caring woman !!

We just brought a new dog into our family, so we took her for a 'Do it Yourself' bath, a new collar, a new brush, and dog tags. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Prices were reasonable.

I love bringing my puppies in to use the pet wash. It is very convenient and towels/shampoo are offered. Staff are very friendly and helpful, even going to the point of offering to help me with these two. Staff are very knowledge if you need help with purchasing options also!

Great place to give your dog a bath. They have a raised tub, with steps for your pup to get up and in. A very affordable option to "going to the groomer". Supplied in the modest fee is, the space, water, towels, cloths for face washing, assortment of shampoos and blow dryer. The tub is equipped with tie loops, like they use at the groomer so you can use 2 hands to get the job done. I also have to commend the staff for their knowledgeable assistance and friendly attitude towards customers using the facility. This was a first for my pup and I... we will visit again.
